Help & Support
How can we help?
Questions, feedback or something not working? Write to us. A real person reads every message and replies by email.
Please tell us the email shown in your Profile (with Sign in with Apple, this can be a private relay address) and which device you use. If something went wrong, a short description and a screenshot help us fix it faster.
Getting started
How do I add clothes?
Open the Wardrobe tab and tap + (Add items). Take a photo, or choose several photos from your library at once. Lookbox turns each photo into a clean catalog image of the piece and adds it to your wardrobe. For the best result, photograph one item at a time in good light.
When do outfits appear?
Once at least three of your items are ready, open the Looks tab and Lookbox puts your first looks together. A top, a bottom and a pair of shoes give the best first results. New looks are added as your wardrobe grows, and you can tap the refresh icon on the Looks tab for more ideas.
Can I use Lookbox on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in the same way everywhere, with the same Apple Account or Google Account, on your phone, tablet or on the web at app.lookbox.style, and your wardrobe and looks stay in sync.
Plans and subscriptions
Is Lookbox free?
You can start for free. Lookbox Plus and Lookbox Pro are optional monthly subscriptions that let you add more items. Every item you add counts toward your plan, even if you remove it later. Plans and prices are on our Pricing page. The current price is always shown before you subscribe. One subscription covers your account on the web and in the apps.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel where you subscribed, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, items beyond the free plan's limit stay in your wardrobe but are locked.
- Subscribed in the App Store: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Lookbox and tap Cancel Subscription. In Lookbox, Profile > Manage subscription opens the same screen. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Subscribed in Google Play: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, choose Lookbox and tap Cancel subscription. In Lookbox, Profile > Manage subscription opens the same page.
- Subscribed on the web: at app.lookbox.style, open Profile and cancel in the Subscription section.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your Lookbox account cancels a web or Google Play subscription automatically, but not an App Store one, so cancel that in your Apple Account settings first.
How do I restore a purchase?
Check that your device is signed in to the App Store or Google Play account you used to subscribe, and that you are signed in to Lookbox the same way as before (Apple or Google). Then open Profile, tap Upgrade (or Change plan) and tap Restore purchases.
A subscription belongs to the Lookbox account you were signed in to when you bought it. If your plan still does not show up, write to us and we will sort it out.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy. For a web subscription, use the link in your receipt email from Paddle or write to us. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Account and privacy
How do I sign in?
Lookbox uses Sign in with Apple or Google, so there is no separate password to remember.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile, tap the ⋮ menu next to the Profile title, then Delete account. Your wardrobe, looks and photos are removed from Lookbox for good. If you can't open the app, you can request deletion by email; the same page lists the few records we keep. If you have an App Store subscription, cancel it in your Apple Account settings first.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used to run Lookbox. A resized copy of each photo is sent to Google's AI services to recognize the piece and draw its catalog image, and that catalog image is sent to fal.ai to remove its background, as described in the Privacy Policy. The app asks for your permission before the first photo is sent; you can turn it off in Profile → Privacy → AI processing. There are no ads, and we never sell your data. Removing an item hides it from your wardrobe; its photos are deleted when you delete your account. See also our Terms of Service.
